These documents are evidence of Lucinda's effort over a span of several years to secure land in lieu of Greenberry's service in the Mexican War. Greenberry was a resident of Grainger and Union counties in Tennessee during the early to mid 1800's. A few documents from this record were not transcribed but most are included. Effort was taken in transcription to use the same words per line as the author. Also, while capitalization seen in these documents is not grammatically correct, it is what the authors provided. Documents in a series are separated by "#"'s Each document is separated by "*"'s Transcribers notations are enclosed within { }. ######################################## RG 15 Pension Application, Mexican Wars, Death or Disability Green B.
