I Jacob Arnett Seniour of Tennessee State & Grainger County being of perfect mind & memory tho weak in body & considering the mortality there of do of my own free wish & will Make this my last Will & Testament 1st - I do commit my Soul to God who gave it & my body to the Earth in Christian burial in hope of a glorious Resurrection - - - Item 1st having deeded & conveyed Lands & other property to each of my lawful heirs according to my wish I do now give and bequeath to my beloved wife Tabbitha all the personal estate of which I am now possessed consisting of one mare Seven head of Cattle with all my Stock of Sheep & hogs All and every part of house hold furniture and farming utensils or any article which I now possess of personal property to have & to hold the same as her lawful right In witness of which I have by my order caused.
