I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any monies I may die posessed of, or out of any other personal property owned by me. Second, I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter, Sarah Acuff, and at her death to her living children, the land I now own which I inherited from my father at his death, there being fifty acres more or less. This land is bounded on the North by Brian Dyer, on the West by the Watson heirs, on the South by Jeff Willis, and on the East by Nelson Nicely. In witness hereto I do to this my last will and testament set my hand this the twenty seventh day June, Nineteen Hundred and twelve.
