CONWAY FAMILY GRAVES
5310 Fish Hatchery Road, Mohawk, TN.  
Read January 2000 By Janice L. Johns-Parton
This is a wonderfully preserved plot.  The broken stones have been set in 
concrete, along with a flag pole.  A chain link fence surrounds the graves.

In honour of Maj. William Conway who died March 27th 1838 in the 67th year of 
his age [broken]  
Military Marker reads:  William Conway 1771-1838

Sacred to the memory of Maria C. wife of Major William Conway who died August 
21st 1837 in the 54th year of her age [broken]
