Kimery and his heirs forever for a consideration of six hundred dollars to us paid a tract or parcel of land in the state of Tenn. Greene county dist No. 4, bounded as follows: Begining at pine corner to Jacob Haun with his line S281/2W281/2 poles to a post oak his corner, then S15 E42 poles to a hickory and post oak his corner then S30 W20 poles to a stake in a road his corner S10 W15 poles to a Thorn bush his corner S35 W16 poles to a stake in a road his corner then S5 W5 to a stake corner to a Joseph Matthews. then with his line S89 E95 poles to s small black gum his corner in the original line with the same N1 E61 poles to a stake, then N491/2 W90 poles to the begining containing forty seven acres to have and to hold the same G.F. Kimery his heirs and assigns forever. We do covenant with the said G.F. Kimery that we are lawfully seized of said land, have a good right to convey it and that the same is unincumbered. We do further covenant and find ourselves our heirs and representatives to warrant and forever defend the title to said land and every part thereof to the said G.F.
