Surveyed for Giles Parman Sr., fifty acres of land on a Kentucky land office
warrant No 21940. Situat in Knox County on the waters of Flat Creek, to join
the lands now owned by said Parman, to include the land on his the said Parman
pig pen branch:

Beginning at a white oak and a beech on a north hillside; thence N 20 W 36
poles to a hickory on a south hillside said Parman’s corner; thence N 81 W 52
poles to a white oak; thence S 40 W 20 poles to a hickory; thence S 11 6
degrees 24 poles to two black oaks; thence S 40 6 degrees 200 poles to a
stake; thence N 20 degrees W 161 poles to the beginning.
