Certificate No.:     498

To any Regular Minister of the Gospel having the care of Souls, or any Judge 

of Justice of the Peace for said County, or Jewish Rabbi:  GREETINGS:



Your are hereby authorized and empowered to solemnize the Rites of Matrimony 

between James Black and M.C. Lowe of said County, and the time of such 

marriage, with you name signed, officially, thereto, you shall indorse on the 

back of this License, and return the same to my office within six months 

thereafter.   



WITNESS my hand, at office, in Greeneville, this 7th day of October, 1890.
