If you travel into Emerald Bay, go straight and take the 1st left on Emerald Point. Go to Lot 44 on left. {Graves are 75 steps straight back from lot # sign}. The lot has been sold and there are orange flags on the apparent graves there. I feel like they may eventually move the graves but do not know for certain. George Luttrell built the subdivision and I spoke to his secretary who is a friend of mine and she doesn't know what the plans are either. A relative on the Penney side contacted me to look it up and I found it. I took some photos for him and tracings of the stones. (These family graves relate to the Emery/Pendergrass/Harding families for sure that I am aware of, but here they are: VVA Marker BENJ. EMERY CO. I 2 TENN. INF.
