                      Shirley Cemetery

The Shirley Cemetery is seventeen miles northeast of 
Chattanooga. Go north until reaching Leamon Store, 
which is eighteen miles. The land for the cemetery was
given by Mr J B Shirley, but is now owned by the 
Tennessee Valley Authority. It is a very old cemetery. 
There are about one hundred unmarked graves.
