Clarke, Thelma Rita Fizzard, 76, recently of Soddy Daisy, Tenn., (Hamilton 

County), and longtime resident of Tampa, passed away Saturday, April 14, 2007. 

She was preceded in death by Her Husband, Eric A. Clarke. She is survived by 

Her Daughter and Son-In-Law, Cindy and Jeff Bass of Soddy Daisy; two Sons and 

Daughters-In-Law, David and Beth Clarke of Land O' Lakes, Fla., (Hillsborough 

County), and the Rev., Doug and Amanda Clarke of Tallahassee, Fla., (Leon 

County); one Sister, Joyce Fizzard of Toronto, Ontario, Canada; a Brother, Loyd 

Fizzard of Corner Brooke, Newfoundland, Canada; seven Grandchildren and one 

Great-Granddaughter, as well as several Nieces and Nephews. Funeral services 

will be conducted 12:30 p.m., Saturday, April 21, 2007 at Garden of Memories 

Funeral Home (Hillsborough County), Tampa with graveside service immediately 

following. Garden of Memories Funeral Home and Cemetery (813) 626-3161.
