Malachi Hines came from Germany in the 1800's to the US.  He moved to
Hardeman Co with two brothers, Uriah who moved on after a few years and
Zachariah died not long after moving here.  During the Civil Was Malachi
supplied the Confederate soldiers with corn & hogs.
