Indenture made August 1, 1833 between David McKinne and wife Pherebe both of 
the county of Hardemon and State of Tennessee and Phillip Raiford of the 
county of Johnston, NC, for $600 land in Wayne on the north side of Neuse 
River and east side of Charles' Branch adjacent to Cattle Branch, corner of 
the Hedgpeth land, below the old dam on the run of Charles' Branch, mouth of 
Cattail Branch and containing 185 acres.
Witnesses: B W Raiford and Calvin Coor
