Deed

Indenture made March 3, 1830 between William McKinnie of the State of 
Tennessee and county of Hardemon and Willis Hall of Wayne, for $5 land in 
Wayne 1/3 of a certain tract of land on the south side of Neuse River 
adjacent to Willis Hall's corner, Thos Kennedy's line, Musgrave's line and 
containing 13 acres.
Second tract being 1/3 of another tract adjacent to Polly Starling's corner, 
Willis Hall's corner and containing 17 acres.
Witnesses: Jno Cox and John C Pender
