Deed 200 Acres 					State of Tennessee

To Albert Willis Col					Hardeman County



Know all men by these pricence we KE Hornsby and RN 

Mitchell have bargained and sold unto Albert Willis for 

Sum of Seven hundred an twenty five Dollars in the 

following payments one note due 1883 for two hundred and 

fifty dollars one note due Decem 1884 for two hundred 

and fifty one note due Dec 1885 for two hundred and fifty 

five dollars. All these above notes have been paid and 

fully satisfied a certain tract of land lying in the 

13” district of Hardeman County Tennessee Range 1 section 

3 & 4 10” Surveyors district Beginning at a black oak N 

of entry 398 for 19 ½ acres made in the name of A Miller ??? 

The west boundary line of entry 569 for 407 acres 

in the name R Mitchell and runs south 54 poles to a stake 

with three white oak pointers thence east 20 poles to a 

Large Chestnut with white oak and iron wood point 

SWC of entry 682 for 200 acres thence north fasing 

the same 156 poles to a stake with Spanish oak and 

black oak -ak pointers thence west -the south boundary 

line of entry 431 for 388 acres 158 poles to a hickory 

----white oak  and pine pointers a  corner of entry 406 for 

194 ½ acres thence south 210 poles to a stake with two 

hickory pointers a corner of the same on the north 

boundary line of the first -------entry thence 

East ---  poles to the beginning containing 200 acres 

more or less and being same land sold by order of 

county court on the first day of Feby 1880 -- RG and 

RN Mitchell and KE Hornsby to ------- 

the same with all and singular the ---here unto ---

unto the said Albert Willis his heirs and assigns forever we covenant 

with the said Albert Willis that we are lawfully seized of same 

land and have a right to convey the same we further covenant 

to bind ourselves our heirs and assigns to warrant and defend the 

letter to said land to the said Albert Willis his heirs and assigns 

forever. In testimony  where of we have hereunto set our hand 

and seal to this the 28th day of June 1892
