Thurmond of the county of Hardeman and State of Tennessee of the one part and M.M. Thurmond, Dewitt C. Thurmond and Richard J. Thurmond of the County and State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the said Thomas J. Thurmond for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred and twenty-five dollars to him in hand paid by the said M.M. Dewitt C. and Richard J. Thurmond the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged hath ____ and quit claim and by the presents doth desire and quit claim unto the said M.M., Dewitt C. and Richard J. Thurmond the heirs and assigns forever to a certain tract or parcel of land with the appearances thereunto belonging in any wise appertaining situate lying and being in the county of Hardeman in the 10th surveyors district Range 4 and section 1 the undivided one tenth of the tract or tracts of land that M. Thurmond resided in at his death with all the profits thereof and all the estate _____ title patent claim and _____ whatever to him the said Thomas J. Thurmond of in and to the ____ dismissed plenary and behoove of them to the said M.M. Thurmond, Dewitt C. and Richard J. Thurmond their heirs and assigns forever to witness the said Thomas J.
