CARUTHERS - On the 5th June, 1876, Wm. Guy, son of Wm. A. and A.L. Caruthers,
aged two years one month and twenty days.
     Fond Parents, why do you grieve over that beautiful casket, as it lies
in its marble stillness?  The blessed jewel which it contains, now sparkles
more brightly in the radiance of Heaven's own light.  Guy is an infant angel
now, still in the care of loving friends, on the other side of the river in
the Summerland.  Lift your sorrowing thoughts from the cold grave to the
bright and beautiful Beyond, where you may meet your boy again.
