                                     MARRIAGE LICENSE BOND

Know all Men by these presents:
       That we C.C. Beshires and ____________ all of the County of Hardeman, 
and State of Tennessee, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Tennessee, 
in the sum of Twelve Hundred and Fifty Dollars, to which payment well and 
truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, 
and each and every one of us and them, jointly aned severally by these 
presents.
     The Condition of the above Obligation is such, That whereas, the above 
named C.C. Beshires has this day prayed and obtained Licnsed to marry  Lucindy 
Daniels.
     Now if the said  Lucinda Daniels be an actual resident of this County, 
and there shall not appear any lawful cause wht they shall not be joined in 
matrimony, as husband and wife, this obligation to be real otherwise to remain 
in full force and virtue.
     Given under our hands and seals this 11 of April 1891.
