Obediah McBee's Nuncupative Will: State of Tennessee] Hardeman County] Obadiah is decest the 8th day of November (----?--) Rickmend my Boddy to its mother dust, and then my (soul?) to god. I give in bequeath to my wife Elizabeth all my property (hark?) cattle, hoggs, sheap and (bow ?) (s?) (ameition?) (& C?) and my farm and crops and rifle and one cart and what debts is due me and she (has?) the management of it to do just as she please with as (long?) as she lives and then she may distribut it to ares as she thinks proper. This the 9th day of (March?) 1826. We Barney Chambers and William H McBee testify that we were present when Obediah McBee the above last request a nuncupative Will, and we now specially requested and called to be witness thereto by the said testator himself. and (?) the same was made in his own (directing ?) home in last sickness and that the above contains a true (Account?) of the said Obidiah request and Will relative disposition of the property, after his death and the same was put in writing next day after the (said?)
