George M. Milligan Admn. of Wm Milligan Deceased

Settlement with Jos. W. Ellis Clerk of the county court of Hardin County State
of Tennessee.  In pursuance of the late act of the legislature of the State of
Tennessee authorizing the clerks of the different County Courts to make
settlements with Administrators  __ of Estates. I  Jos. W. Ellis clerk of the
County Court of Hardin County have this day met with George Milligan one of the
Administrators of William Milligan Deceased to make settlement and find the same
to be as follows to wit.  Amount which Geo.M. Milligan and James S. Milligan
adm. We of said Estate as chargeable with as appears from Return & now on Record
 is dr. $870.76
Cr. By voucher produced as follows:
