Hill 107 7/10 acres of land lying in Range 4 and Section 4 of Haywood County. Beginning at a stake with a post oak & black oak pointers the northwest corner of Entry No. 2997 for 150 acres made in the name of John Hill thence north 9 ¼ poles to a post oak with 2 post oak pointers a corner to an - - - survey of 177 ½ in the name of David Fitzgerald thence west with his line eight poles to a stake with 2 blackjack & a post oak pointers another corner to said Fitzgerald's occupant thence north with his east boundary line 135 poles to a blackjack with Blackjack pointers a conventional corner heretofore made in the division of an occupant survey for 200 acres in the name of Trust(ee?) Patton of which this is apart, thence East along a corner line 120 poles to a stake with sassafras & maple in the west boundary line of Entry No. 1918 for 200 acres in the name of M. A. Johnson.
