Felts 1 tract of land, 155 acres in Haywood County, N. side of south fork of Ford'd Deer River Registered June 10th 1831 This indenture made this 14th day of October 1830 between CARY FELTS of Davidson County and State of Tennessee of the one part, and JOHN T. FELTS of the County of Haywood and State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth, that the said CARY FELTS for himself, his heirs do convey unto the said JOHN T. FELTS his heirs __ all the rights, title, claim and interest that he has in and to a part of a certain tract of land that he, the said CARY FELTS, purchased of SARAH J. DYER and DANIEL MADING her trustee, lying and being the County of Haywood and State of Tennessee on the north side of the south fork of the Forded Deer River viz beginning at CHRISTOPHER F. FELTS south east corner of a one hundred and fifty five acre tract of land conveyed to him by said CARY FELTS then west with CHRISTOPHER F. FELTS line one hundred and thirty eight poles, then south 1 ½ degrees east one hundred and eight poles, then east 1 ½ degrees north one hundred and thirty eight poles, then north 1 ½ degrees west, one hundred and eight poles to the beginning, estimated at one hundred and fifty five acres, be the same more or less, to have and to hold the said conveyed premises with all its appurtenances within the bounds above prescribed to the said JOHN T.
