By virtue of Entry 2998 for 75 acres dated December 2, 1835 founded on part of C. W. T. warrant No. 3396 for 100 acres and by virtue of an occupant claim No. 926 transferred to him by James Tisdale, I have surveyed for John Hill, assignee of Thomas Williams, seventy five acres of land situated in said District, range 4 & section six in Haywood County. Beginning at a stake with post oak and Black oak pointers fifty poles east and one hundred thirty one poles north from the north east corner of entry No. 1132 for 640 acres made in the name of The President and Trustees of the University of North Carolina, running west one hundred & twenty two poles to a stake Black oak pointers, thence north ninety eight & 4/10 poles to a stake post oak, Spanish oak & black oak pointes, thence east one hundred & twenty two poles to a stake 3 Black oak pointers, thence south ninety eight & 4/10 poles to the Beginning surveyed 19th day of August 1836.
