A. M. N. Johnson for 200 acres founded on C. W. T. No. 1488, 1489, 1490, 1491, 1492, 1493, 1494, 1495 for 25 acres each issued to the Register of the Western District and by Survey baring date 5th December 1827. There is granted by the said State of Tennessee, unto John Hill assignee originally of the Register Western District a certain tract or parcel of land containing 200 acres situated in the 10th Surveyors District in Haywood County in Range 4 and Section 6. Beginning at a stake White Oak Post Oak and Black Oak pointers 64 poles South and 74 poles west of the 1 Mile Stake East of the North West corn of said Section, Then East 127 poles to a Poplar, Then south 252 poles to a Sweet gum. Then West 127 poles to a stake Black gum & Black Oak Pointers. Then north 252 Poles to the Beginning. With the hereditaments and appurtenances. To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with its appurtenances to the said John Hill and his heirs forever. In witness whereof, N. C. , Governor of the State of Tennessee, hath hereunto set his hand and caused the Great Seal of the State to be affixed at Nashville on the 9th day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and 39 and of the Independence of the United States, the sixty-3.
