Nash, ******************************************************************************** The land transaction below from J. F. Alexander to J. S. Crutchfield was transcribed from a copy of the actual deed recorded in Deed Book Vol 12, p 356, and on microfilm in the G. W. Rhea Library Genealogy Room: Notes: (1) There are several typos in the typed original; I've kept the spelling but eliminated spacing errors. (2) The purchase deed shows the E/W measures as E 80 1/4 & W 81 1/4; this deed, the sale deed, shows the E/W measures E 80 1/4 & W 80 1/4; with the number of typos, the measures should probably be E 80 1/4 & W 80 1/4.
