The 4th column is the type of document:  D = Deed   TD = Trust Deed  Dec = Decree
 BS = Bill of Sale
A Bill of Sale could be for a slave or other type of property such as household
furnishings, crops, etc. 
The 5th column is the number of acres involved in the
Sale of Land; this is only for those records for Deeds.
