William NORRIS vs Robert SEARCY's Estate    Robert SEARCY, one 
of the defendants in this case, is a new resident of this state. 
Complainant's wives are the daughters of John REED and Elizabeth 
REED, that Elizabeth was the sister of Geroge W. BLAKES, who died 
in Henry county some time in 182_; and that SEARCY was appointed 
admin. of the estate, and entered into bond with Heydon E. WELLS 
and Augustine BUMPASS, his securities; that BLAKES was never 
married and left no heirs or relations to inherit except 
complainants' wives, who are the only children of Elizabeth REED 
BLAKES and the wife of Robert SEARCY, a sister of Geroge W; that  
SEARCY took into his possession the estate of George W. 
consisting of a large number of negroes, cash notes, cash  
accounts, and property of various kinds; that SEARCY has  
failed to make a return of a large amount of the estate and 
that he has converted the whole of the estate into horses; 
and has often been requested to pay over the sum; that Elizabeth 
REED died sometime before George W. BLAKES and her children are 
entitled to one third part of the estate.
