It is my Will and desire that all my stock, household furniture, grain, or other produce, farming utensels and other perishable property be sold and after the payment of all my just debts I give and bequeath the balance of the proceeds(?) money (?) to my son Asa Haynes, his heir and assigns forever. I give and bequeath to my daughter Ruth Haynes, one Negro man named Stephen also all the Cattle Increase (?) and claimed as hers also her bed furniture also a colt and Sadle which I have given to her and is known as hers. I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Haynes Sixty acres of land off the North Side of the Tract on which I live including the improvements where he now lives also one Negro man named Garlan (?) and one Negro girl named Martha to him and his heirs forever. I give and bequeath to my sons David, Henry and Jonathan Haynes the balance (?) of the tract of land on which I now (?) live being two hundred and fourteen acres (after taking off the Sixty acres left to Thomas Haynes) to be equally divided between them and their heirs and assigns forever as tenents in common. I also give and bequeath to my son David Haynes one Negro woman named Maria. Together with any children she may have born after the date of this will. Also one Negro boy named Hedric (?) to him and his heirs forever. I also give and bequeath to my Son Henry one Negro man named Leroy (?) to him and his heirs forever. I also give and bequeath to my Son Jonathan Haynes one Negro boy named Frank to him and his heirs forever. I also give and bequeath to my Grandson James Haynes, the son of Henry Haynes, one Negro girl Slave named Nance to train. . .learn (?) the said James to him and his heirs forever. To all my other children not named alive I have heretofore given as much as accrues to their shares. They are therefore not given any thing more at this time.
