Clark and wife M.A. Clark of Humphreys County Tennessee have this day bargained and sold and hereby convey to G. M Waggoner of same county and state for the sum of Five hundred dollars to us paid the undivided (1/6) one sixth interest that the said G.W. Clark has in and unto the estate of H.H. Massey dec'd late of said County of Humphreys, now being wound up by W.R. Massey as administrator in said county. This deed is intended to and does convey to said Waggoner his heirs and assigns our entire interest, separate of jointly in the estate of said H. H. Massey dec'd whether the same consists in real, personal, or mixed property, assets, or effects, and be the same situated where it maybe in the State of Tennessee or elsewhere. To embrace and convey the title to said Waggoner to any real estate that the deceased may have owned at his death in Humphreys County Tennessee, Obion County Tennessee, Graves County Kentucky or elsewhere, and the said W.R. Massey adm of said H.H. Massey dec'd is ordered and directed to pay over to said Waggoner his heirs assigns or legal representatives any and all sums that may be coming to us or either of us from the estate of the said H.H. Massey dec'd he being entitled to the same. We covenant with the said Waggoner that we are lawfully seized of said interest in said estate, have a good to convey it and that the same is unencumbered except by the debt of the said H.H. Massey dec'd. We will warranty and defend the title to said undivided interest in said estate to the said Waggoner his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all person, whatever. Rogers, Clerk of the County Court of said County, the within named G.W. Clark the bargainor with whom I am personally acquainted and acknowledge that he executed the attached deed. And M.A. Clark wife of the said having G.W. Clark personally appeared before me privately and apart from her husband the said G.W. Clark, acknowledged the execution of the said instrument to have been done by her freely, voluntarily, and understanding without compulsion or constraint from her said husband and for the purposes therein expressed.
