Also one Negro named Wilson and some other property such as Mach. tools, household and kitchen furniture. Now know ye that I the said Anna Robinson have made constituted and appointed and by these presents do make constitute and appoint Rasha Robinson of Fayette County State of Alabama my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name to have let or devise the said property to each person or persons and for such term or number of years and at and under such yearly and other rents as he shall think fit or otherwise to sell grant and convey the same absolutely in fee simple for such price or sum of money and to such persons as he may think fir or convenient and also for me and in my name to sign seal and execute and deliver such deeds, bills of fare or any other instruments of writing as the case may be for the absolute sale and disposal thereof or any part thereof with such clauses, covenants and agreements to be therein constrained as my said attorney shall think fit and expedient hereby notifying confirming and allowing all such lease or leases, sale or sales diverse conveyances bargains which shall at any time hereafter be executed by my said attorney touching or cornering on the premises. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand in presence on this 26th day of November 1830.
