     vs
George M McWherter     Be it remembered that this cause came on for
                      hearing on this 10th day of February 1854 before
Chancellor Ridley upon Bill answer and motion to disallow the injunction
granted in this cause when it appeared to the satisfaction of the court
that all the equity set upon in the Bill had been fully met and denied by
the answer  It is therefore decreed by the court that the injunction in
this cause be dis solved and defendant permitted to proceed to proceed with 
the execution of the will of Robert White decd upon his entering into bond and
security in the sum of Twenty five hundred dollars conditional to indemnify
the complainant against loss by defendants administration of said estate
