Lacy Sr. deceased - have this day bargained and sold unto Martha Jane Lacy her heirs and assigns all my right, title and interest in and to a certain tract or parcel of land, situated in Jackson County State of Tenn in civil district No. 10 - and known as the Wm. Lacy old home place and the same were Wm. Lacy Junior now lives - and bounded as follows. Beginning at a white oak in John Red Pippin's south boundary line. Thence east 80 poles to a black oak and post oak pointers. Thence south crossing the branch at the forks at 21 poles - and passing John Whitson's north west corner at 44 poles - and continuing south with the said Jno Whitson's line, in all 110 poles to a white oak and two dogwood pointers. Thence west 43 poles to a black oak in the east boundary line of John Whitsons tract. Thence north west with the said Whitson's line - the same being an old road - a conditional line made by the aforesaid Wm. Lacy Sr. and John Whitson to a [illegible inserted word] black oak, dogwood and hickory the south east corner of Jno. W. Youngs land. Thence north with the said Jno. W. Youngs line 92 poles to a stake to a stake in said line. Thence east 54 poles to the beginning - containing eighty one acres more or less. To have and to hold unto the said Martha Jane Lacy her heirs and assigns forever. And I do hereby convenant with the said Martha Jane Lacy that I am lawfully seized of said right and I do hereby further covenant to hereby relinquish all claims right title and interest in and to the same for the purposes herein set forth.
