Montgomery, Trustee for the use and benefit of John Lee and Elizabeth Lee they being the aged Parents of Reuben Lee, of the one part and Charles Johnson of the other part all of the State of Tennessee and County of Jackson Witnesseth that the said Alxn. Montgomery Trustee hath this day bargained and sold to the said Charles Johnson for and in consideration of his obligating himself to provide for and support board the aforesaid John Lee and Elizabeth Lee from this date up to the first of June 1850 if they should live until that time or if either of them shall live to that date and if both or either of them should die before 1st June 1850 the said Johnston is to have decent Burial provided for both or either as the case may be. A certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in Jackson County in the 10th civil district on the waters of Blackbourns fork of Roaring River containing forty five acres more or less it being the same land on which the said Johnson now lives and bounded as follows Beginning at a black oak and running east sixty four poles to a Black Oak thence South to the corner of an eighty acre tracts entered in the name of Reuben Lee thence westwardly with a conditional line to a Poplar marked as a corner thence north to the Beginning, Granted by the state of Tennessee to Reuben Lee by Grant No 825 To have and to hold the above described land and bargained primeses to the only proper use and benefit of the said Charles Johnston his heirs and assigns forever upon his Complying on his part with the above _____ conditions and I the said Alxn. Montgomery Trustee do hereby Transfer convey and Confirm unto the said Charles Johnston his heirs ___ all the rights title Claim and interest which I have in and to said land as trustee I testimony whereof I have herunto set my hand and seal the day and date above writin.
