Neill have this Day give, grant and forever transfer and convey equally unto our heirs subject to our life estate the following described tract of land lying in the 7th District of Jackson County, Tennessee and bounded as follows on the East by lands of D. D. Wheeler and J.S. Daws on the North by the lands of N.A. Roberts and the Frank Kirby track and on the west and south by the lands of J.S. Daws and T.B. Halfacre containing by estimation 50 acres by the same more or less also one parcel or tract lying on the waters of Puncheon Camp of Martins Creek and District aforesaid it being the same where G.S. Neill now lives and bounded as follows on the east by the lands of ________Ragland and on the west by Howard Ragland and on the South by the lands of Buck Billingsley containing by estimation Eighty acres be the same more or less. to have and to hold the same lands Equally unto our heirs forever. We Covenant with our heirs that we are lawfully seized in fee of the premises that they are free from all encumbrances that we have a good right to convey the same as aforesaid and that we will warrant and defend the title to our heirs against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever given under our hands on the 14th Day of Feb. 1907 W.M. Neill the bargainer with whom I am personally acquainted and who acknowledged that he executed the within instrument for the purpose therein contained and E.F. Neill wife of the said W.M. Neill having personally appeared before me privately and apart from her husband the said E.F. Neill acknowledges the execution of said instrument to have been done by her freely voluntarily and understandingly without compulsion or constraint from her said husband and for the purposes therein expressed.
