The Jackson county Union Sunday School Association will be held at the
Camp Ground Church, on Wartrace Creek, the second Sunday in November.
We hope to have every Sunday school in the county represented. Following
is the programe.

Devotional exerces led by Rev. G. W. Jenkins.

Welcome address - J L McCarver, Response - Rev C K Carlock and J. F. Gaines.

'Power and influence of the Gospel' - Rev J L Smothermon and Rev W L Wheeler.

Fourth Quarter - Prof D E Morris and Frank Huffiness

'Best means of awakening an interest in the Sunday School' - B J Rash and W A Carver.

Recitation - Miss Alice Dycus.

'Best means of promoting the Sunday School cause' - Rev T A Carden, J T Ray, Rev Sam Hall.

Essay - S. S. Dycus

Importance of the Sunday School' - T M Gailbreath and Dr O M White.

Recitation - Miss Nettie Jones.

'the Sunday School as an auxiliary to Christianity' - Rev. Fount Smith and A M Veatch.

Recitation - Miss Estelle Gailbreath.

'Kind of Superintendent needed' - White's Bend Delegation.

'Duty of church members to the Sunday School'  - W W Draper and Ellis Huffine

'The importance of the Sunday School Association' - J F Henry and Rev J. T Draper

'The orgin and some of the results of the Sunday School Association' -

THE LIVINGSTON FAIR

the Fair of last week was decidedly the most successful exhibition ever
witnessed on the grounds of the Overton county Association.  Gainesboro
and Jackson County were well represented.  The following list of those
attending from this place was given us by one of the party:  Messrs D B
Johnson, W G Sadler, J T Timberlake J W and G B Settle, Robert and John
Gipson, B C Butler, Jas. Washburn, Don Murray, Jordan Loftis, J W
