Ferguson, et als, vs Mary Bryant ct als. In Chancery at Gainesboro, Tenn. On option of Compl't by solicitors and if appearing to the satisfaction of the Clerk & Master from an alligation in complainant's bill which is sworn to, that Levenia Bryant, Z. (?) Bryant, A. F or E Bryant and Miles J. Bryant are non residents of the state of Tennessee so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon them. It is therefore ordered by the Clerk and Master that publication be made in the Transit newspaper published in the town of Gainesboro, Jackson county, Tennessee for four consecutive weeks, commanding said non resident defendants to appear before the Chancellor of the Court on the 1st Monday in December 1885 in Gainesboro Jackson county Tenness, and make defense to said bill otherwise the allegations in comdl'ts bill will be taken for confessed, and the cause procceded with exparte as to them.
