MARRIAGE BOND Know all Men by these Presents, That we, J. D. Brewington signed J. O. Tate signed are held and firmly bound unto the State of Tennessee, in the sum of Twelve Hundred and Fifty Dollars, to which payment well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, etc., jointly and severally firmly by these presents. The Condition of the above Obligation is such: That whereas J. D. Brewington signed has prayed for a license to marry Matildia Frizzell signed Now, if their is no lawful cause to obstruct the Marriage for which the License is desired, then this obligation to be void, else to remain in full force and effect.
