                   MARRIAGE BOND

Know all Men by these Presents, That we, J. D. Brewington signed
J. O. Tate signed are held and firmly bound unto the State of 
Tennessee, in the sum of Twelve Hundred and Fifty Dollars, to 
which payment well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our 
heirs, etc., jointly and severally firmly by these presents.

The Condition of the above Obligation is such:

That whereas J. D. Brewington signed has prayed for a license to 
marry Matildia Frizzell signed

Now, if their is no lawful cause to obstruct the Marriage for which 
the License is desired, then this obligation to be void, else to 
remain in full force and effect.

This 18 day of October 1887

                     MARRIAGE LICENSE

STATE OF TENNESSEE, JACKSON COUNTY.

To any Minister of the Gospel having the care of Souls, or to any Judge 
or Chanceller of said State, or 

Justice of the Peace of said County- GREETING:

Either of you are hereby authorized to solemnize the RITES OF MATRIMONY 
between signed J. D. Brewington and Matildia Frizzell agreeable to the 
acts of the General Assembly of said State, Bond and security having 
been given according to law.

Given under my hand at Office in Gainsboro, this 18 day of Oct. 1887

                                  Clerk County Court of said County.
