This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Gwendolyn Plyler gwendolynplyler@ij.net ==================================================================== I, Edward Robinson of Jackson County and State of Tennessee, being sick and weak but of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament, to wit, First of all my will is that all my just debts shall be paid and the ballance of my estate both real and personal to be divided in the following manner; My will is that so much of perishabel property as can be spared shall be sold at the discretion of my loving wife Ann Robinson as will make the sum of three hundred dollars and also a sufficient sum to defray the expense of one years schooling of my son John and the three hundred dollars as above stated to be equally divided between my daughter Patsy Drucilla and my son John and the ballance of my said estate I give to my loving wife during her natural life and at her death to be equally divided amongst all my children and if my said children cannot agree amongst themselves in dividing said property as aforesaid then my will is that it be publickly sold and the nett proceeds thereof to be equally divided amongst my said children at the discretion of my son Horatio and Thomas and Garland Anderson who I nominate and appoint executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoaking all other wills heretofore made in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 22nd day of December 1825 S.
