Solomon Trogdon & Jackson Ballenger Deed to Aaron Ballenger & Henry Allsup Registered December 27th 1851. We Sollomon Trogdon and Jackson Ballenger have this day bargained and sold and do hereby transfer and convey to Aaron Ballenger and Henry Allsup and their heirs forever for the consideration of One hundred and thirty five Dollars to us in hand paid a tract of Land in the State of Tennessee Jefferson County and District No. 7 containing by Estimation forty five acres be the same more less adjoining the lands of John Tucker and Aaron Ballinger and Joseph Dyer Beginning on a large White Oak tree on the top of the Clift a corresponding corner between John Tucker and Ezkel Trogdon deceased, thence a conditional line between the same to a Spanish Oak on the River thence with the meanders of the River to a Beach and Sugar tree the old corner of Moses Balinger three hundred acres Estate thence South with said line one hundred and forty poles to a stake corner of said old survey thence South fifty three degrees West seventy poles to a black Oak tree on said old line thence with Aaron Ballingers line to two Dogwoods, corner of the old Prigmon tract in John Tucker line thence North with Tuckers line to a White Oak tree corner of said Tucker thence a conditional line on the Clift to the Beginning To have and to hold the same to the said Aaron Ballenger and Henry Allsop their heirs an assigns forever We do covenant with said Aaron Balinger and Henry Allsop that we are lawfully seized of said land have a good right to convey it and that the same is unincumbered do further covenant and bind our selves our heirs and Representatives to forever warrant and for defend the title to said land and every part thereof to the said Aaron Ballinger and Henry Allsop their heirs and assigns against the lawful Claims of all persons Whatever this 11th day of April A.
