Abner Trogden Deed to Aaron Ballenger & David Wright for 50 acres Registered April 5th day 1856. I Abner Trogden I have this day bargained and sold and do hereby transfer and convey to Aaron Ballenger and David Wright and their heirs forever for the consideration of one hundred and sixty two dollars ninety one cents to me paid a tract of Land in the State of Tennessee Jefferson County and district No. 7th containing by estimation fifty acres be the same more of less bounded as follows Beginning on a chestnut a fore and off tree in Aaron Ballengers line Running Eastwardly with David Rights line supposed to be one hundred and thirty poles to a Rock corner near the cross roads on the Ridge. Then South forty poles to a post oak Aaron Ballengers corner, then with Aaron Ballengers line Eastwardly sixty poles to a pine then northwardly with said Ballengers line forty poles to a black oak the same line continued seventy poles to Abigah Trogdens line. Then with his line thirty poles to a hickory and chestnut Dyers corner then with Dyers line west one hundred poles to a stake Dyer and Ballingers corner then the same course continued with Ballengers line to the Beginning to have and to hold the same his heirs and assigns forever I covenant with the said Aaron Ballenger and David Wright that I am lawfully seized of said Land and have a good right to convey it and the same is unincumbered(sic) I do further covenant and bind myself my heirs and Representatives to warrant and forever defend the title to the said Land and every part thereof to the said Aaron Ballenger and David Wright their heirs and assigns against the lawfuly(sic) Claims of all persons whatever.
