David Right Deed to Aaron Ballenger for 50 Acres of land Registered May the 11th 1860. This Indenture made the Twenty eight day of April one thousand eight hundred and sixty. Between David Right of the County of Jefferson and State of Tennessee of the one part and Aaron Ballenger of the County and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars and twenty five dollars lawful money of the United States to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before this our sealing and delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have remised released and quit claimed and by these presents do herein release and quit claim unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever all his interest in a certain tract of land containing fifty acres more or less lying in the County of Jefferson and State aforesaid on the South side of Holston River in the District No. 7 adjoining the lands Aaron Ballenger, David Right and others running as follows. Beginning on a Chestnut fore and aft thence on Aaron Ballengers line running Eastwardly with David Right line supposed to be one hundred and thirty poles to a rock near the crossroads on a ridge, Thence South forty poles to a post oak Aaron Ballinger corner, Thence with Aaron Ballenger line Eastwardly sixty poles to a pine, Thence Northwardly with said Ballengers line forty poles to a back oak same line containing seventy poles to Abiga Trogdens line corner, Then with said Trogdens line thirty poles to a hickory and chestnut J. N. Dyres corner, Then with Dyres line West one hundred poles to a stake Dyres & Ballengers corner the same course contained the beginning it being a tract of land purchased by Aaron Ballenger and David Right from Abner Trodgen together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances there unto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right title interest claim and demands of him and his heirs unto the said Aaron Ballenger and his heirs of the second part Signed and Sealed in the presence of us on the day and date above written.
