Richard Fielding Deed to Aaron Bollinger Registered Dec 17th 1868. This Indenture made and entered into this 4th day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty six by and between Richard Fielding Administrator on the Estate of David Wright deceased and acting by order of the County Court of Jefferson County Tennessee issued at the _______ Term 186__ of the one part and Aaron Ballinger of the County and State aforesaid of the other part witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of $97.50 dollars to him the said Richard Fielding in hand paid by the said Aaron Bollinger the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said Richard Fielding hath granted bargained sold and conveyed as administrator on the estate of said David Wright deceased and by these presents doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Aaron Bolinger his heirs and assigns forever all the right title and interest which the said David Wright held at the time of his death in and to a certain tract or parcel of land lying in the said County of Jefferson Tennessee and bounded as follows. Beginning at a large three bodied chestnut tree, Ballingers and Wrights corner thence south fifty three degrees west ninety three poles to a stake near a black Gum, thence south sixty two degrees East twenty six poles six links to a bending persimmon near a black Gum thence south sixty four degrees East seventeen poles fifteen links to a dead oak thence East seven poles five links to a stake thence north thirty seven degrees East Eighty seven poles to a stake near a white oak, thence north seventy three degrees West twenty five and a half poles to the Beginning containing nineteen acres three Roods. Be the same more or less and the said Richard Fielden as administrator warrants the title to the above described tract of land to Aaron Ballinger his heirs and assigns according to the order of the County Court of Jefferson County authorizing the sale of the same.
