Know all men by these presents that I Richard Haworth Junior of the County 
of Jefferson and State of Tennessee, being in a low state of health thoug 
(sic) sound of memory, and calling to mind the uncertainty of human life, 
and knowing that it is appointed to all men once to die; do make and 
ordain this my last Will and Testament in the manner and form following 
viz
After payment of my just debts and funeral charges I dispose of in the 
following manner. Imprimis do give and bequeath unto Hannah my dearly 
beloved wife all my real and personal estate so long as she remains my 
widow, or till my boys come to the age of twenty one: Then I will that my 
land should be divided equally amongst my boys namely James and Dillon, if 
the other should be a boy I will that he should have an equal share of the 
land with the others; If a girl I will that she have one half of my 
movable property. I also will that my wife and daughter if any, should 
have their living off of my land as long as the (sic) may live single or 
remains my widow.
I also constitute my Wife and my Brother John Haworth to execute this my 
last will and testament. I do ratify and confirm this and no other to be 
my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand 
and seal this 11th of the 11th Month in the year One Thousand eight 
hundred and eight. Signed sealed published pronounced & declared by the 
said Richard Haworth as his last will and testament in the presents of
