And as to such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life I give and devise in the following manner VIZ To my beloved wife Elizabeth Todd I give and bequeath all my household furniture together with my dwelling house during the term of her natural life I also devise to her all my stock except such as is herein otherwise disposed of. Item to my two sons Low and Samuel I give and devise the land I now live on to them and their heirs forever together with all my plantation tools and implements of husbandry. Item to Mary Todd my daughter I give and bequeath Fifty Bushels of Corn annually to be paid to her by my sons Low Todd and Samuel Todd so long as she continues single. Item to Agnes Davis I give and bequeath one Breeding Sow and one two year old Heifer Item I give and bequeath to Young Low Blackstone the sum of twenty pounds to be paid to him in land or specifick property as soon as he arrives at the age of twenty one. To my two sons James Todd & John Todd I give and bequeath one shilling to each of them. To my two daughters Jenny Harrison & Elizabeth Blackstone I give and bequeath one shilling to each of them. I do constitute and appoint my son Low Todd to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance to Samuel Rodgers for the land I sold in Virginia, and to collect all my just debts, which debts I will to be equally divided between my two sons Low Todd pg 14 Samuel Todd and my wife Elizabeth Todd and my daughter Mary Todd. And I constitute and appoint my wife Elizabeth Todd and my son Low Todd Executors of this my last will and testament, revoking all other wills by me made.
