Arnold Mrs. Wanda Stout Arnold, 84, 436 Pine Orchard Road, Butler, died Monday, October 30, 2006, at Bristol Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Arnold was a native of Johnson County and a daughter of the late Joseph and Martha Smith Stout. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Stansell Arnold, April 3, 1999, and by five sisters and a brother. Mrs. Arnold was a homemaker. She was a member of Little Doe Baptist Church and the Golden Circle Sunday School Class. Survivors include three daughters and two sons-in-law, Shirley Wright Pierce and Sonny Pierce of Elizabethton, Maxine Corum of Mountain City and Brenda and Roland Reece of Hampton; and two sons and daughters-in-law, Ross and Carolyn Arnold of Mountain City and Roy and Mary Arnold of Butler. Six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services for Mrs. Arnold will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 1, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with her grandson, Rev. Eric Wright, officiating assisted by Rev. Kreg Smith. Music will be provided by Dale Williams, soloist. Interment will follow in the Ensor Cemetery. Active pallbearers, who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 1:50 p.m. Wednesday, will be Kenneth Clawson, Tom Corum, Chris Corum, David Arnold, Kenneth Amold, Eric Wright, Ray Stout and Willis "Bud" Amold. Honorary pallbearers will be Darrell Stout, Barry Pleasant, Bob Snyder, Glen Shupe, Paul Deloach, Dr. Doug Green and Elwood Amold. The family would like to express a special "Thank You" to the staff of Life Care Center and Dr. Vivian Clark for all their love and care shown to Mrs. Arnold. Also to the Golden Circle Sunday School Class of Little Doe Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
