Roma G. Ketron 





    Roma Gertrude Norris Ketron, 88, 14 Cotton Court, Palm Coast, Fla., died 

Sunday, May 6, 2007, at Flagler Pines Nursing Home, Bunnell, Fla., following 

an extended illness. 





    A native of Johnson County, she was a daughter of the late David Cleveland 

and Winnie Lucinda Lowe Norris. 





    Mrs. Ketron had formerly lived in Bedford, Va., before moving to Florida 

12 years ago. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, needlepoint and gardening. She 

was a former member of the Bethel Baptist Church, Mountain City. 





    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, 

Ralph Ketron. 





    Survivors include two brothers and sisters-in-law, Virlon L. and Helen 

Norris, Palm Coast, Fla., and Haynes and Mary Nell Norris, Aiken, S.C. Several 

nieces and nephews also survive. 





    Funeral services for Mrs. Ketron will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, 

May 9, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Chris Hughes officiating. 

Entombment will follow at East Lawn Memorial Park, Kingsport. Condolences to
