Brown (1883) Know all men by these presents that we F. W. Williams and wife Agnes L. Williams of Knox County Tennessee have sold and do here by sell grant convey and confirm unto James F. Brown of Knox County Tennessee in consideration of the sum of eight hundred 800 dollars receipt where of is hereby acknowledged the following described premises situate in the State of Tennessee County of Knox District No. 1 in the city of Knoxville on the north side of Campbell Street fronting on said Street forty five feet and running back about sixty feet and being the same lot conveyed to said Williams by James Hovely? and wife by deed dated June 19th 1880 and recorded in Book W Vol 3 page 396, and the same is made part of this deed for title and for description said Lot is under fence. To have and to hold to the said purchaser his heirs and assignees forever. And we expressly release all claim under homestead and dower laws and covenant that we have a good right to convey said premises that they are free from all encumbrances whatsoever and that the title to the same to the above named purchaser will forever warrant and Defend.
