P. Gaults line in Cox's corner hence E 112 deg. W 28 poles to a rock in Karn's line in Cox's corner, then 45 deg. W 28 poles to a rock in Karnes line, thence S. 45 deg W 112 poles to a rock in H. P. Gaults line thence 45 deg E 28 poles with H. P. Gaults line to the beginning containing 20 acres more or less---- For further and more complete description and for Title, reference is made to the following Deeds of Record in the registar's office in and for said county and state Book 166 page 416. And the said parties of the first part for themselves and for their heirs executors and administrators, do hereby covenent with the said party of the second part that the premises are free from all encumbrances except one note of $150 bearing date with this deed and due 12 months from date and that they will warrant---- But this instument is made to trust to the party of the second part for the uses and purposes following: that is to say, whereas the said Geo O. Brown and wife Susan Brown are indebted to A. P. Gorham one hundred and fifty dollars evidenced by on promissory note dated Aug. 19, 1901 for $150 due Aug 19, 1902. Now therefore, if the said Geo O Brown and Susan Brown, their heirs, executors shall pay to the said A. P. Gorham or his heirs, etc----the full amount of this indebtedness----but if default be made in the payment of the above--- shall proceed to sell the above property at auction to the highest bidder---- witnessed by (unreadable) and R.
