Warranty Deed, Wm Y. Cox to Geo O. Brown 

Know all men by these presents that Wm. Y. Cox and wife Susan C. Cox of Knox 
Co. TN have sold----unto Geo O. Brown of Knox Co. in consideration of $200, 
receipt of which is hereby acknowledges of $100, the remaining $100 to be made 
by three installments, the first for $32.50 on 4th day March 1883 the other 
two for $50 each the one to be paidon the 1st of Nov 1883 the other on 1st Nov 
2884, notes executed and delivered by Geo O. Brown to the said Wm Y Cox and 
wife Susan C. Cox the following described premises situated in the state of TN 
county of Knox: District #6 beginning on a rock in H. P. Gault's line in Cox's 
corner then N 45 E 112 poles to a rock in Karnes line in Cox's corner thence S 
45 W 112 poles to a rock in A. P. Gaults lline then S 45 E 28 poles with A. P. 
Gault's line to the beginning containing 20 acres---this 4th Dec. 1882.
