Brown and wife Susan Brown have sold and do hereby sell to T. W. Fisk, Trustee in consideration of one dollar in hand the following property---(same description as land from WM . Y. Cox to Geo. O. Brown) being same property conveyed to first parties by Wm . Y. Cox & wife which deed is recorded in the Registrars office Book 166 pg 416. And the said title thereof to the said T. W. Fisk but this instument is made in trust to secure the payment of $112 evidenced by on promisory note dated as follows: dated Aug 15, 1902 for $112 payable to the order of S. W. Benedict 8 months after date with 6% interest. And if the said debt is paid at maturity then this instrument is null and void. But if not paid when due the said T. W. Fisk, Trustee shall proceed to sell--- Deed Geo O. Brown to Reason C. Lovelace This indenture made the 20th July 1912 between Geo O. Brown, Robert C. Brown and Paris A. Brown of Knox Co. of the first part and Reason C. Lovelace of the second part $625, $312.50 to them in hand. The balance is evidenced by 2 notes in one year and two years with interest on the second only. Said notes are for equal amounts and are dated July 20 1912----20 acres now in District 7 (same description as Wm Y. Cox to Geo O. Brown). Robert C. Brown and Paris A. Brown being the heirs of George O. Brown join in this instrument for the purpose of releasing any claim that they might have---land is free of all incumbrances except the taxes of 1912 which is to be paid by the party of the second part.
