Coffman for 320 acre of No. 1318 dated the 16the day of December 1853, I have surveyed for the said Thos. K. Coffman 208 13/16 acres of land in said county on the south side of the Copper Ridge adjoining the lands of Carnes, Julian and others and bounded as follows viz-- Beginning on a post oak Copelands corner thence along his line S 55 degrees W 160 poles to two pines and a black oak thence with Conner's line N 5 W 200 poles to a pine in Julian's line then with his line N 55 W 210 poles to a hickory near a large black oak then S 24 2/3 E 200 poles to the beginning.
